Most casitas we build run $180,000 to $400,000, depending on size, utilities and finishes. Your written estimate shows the full scope before any work begins.
Most full kitchen remodels take 6 to 12 weeks from design approval. Bathrooms are usually shorter, and casitas, additions and whole-home remodels take longer. You’ll have your own timeline before work begins.

Usually, yes. We plan the work in phases and tell you ahead of time when water, power or a room will be out of use.
We do. A casita, addition or remodel in Scottsdale needs a City of Scottsdale permit, and many neighborhoods also need HOA approval. We handle both, plus city coordination and inspections.
