Wise Construction (“we,” “us”) is a design-build remodeling and custom home company serving the Phoenix Valley in Arizona. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and during our projects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to communicate with you, plan and build your project, and get paid for our work.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, schedule a call, request an estimate or hire us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address
• Your property address and details about your project
• Photos, plans, measurements, selections and other files you share with us
• Billing and payment information needed to process payments for your project

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information. This includes your browser type, device type, pages visited, the site that referred you and general location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your questions and requests for estimates or consultations
• Plan, design, permit, schedule and complete your project
• Send proposals, contracts, change orders, invoices and receipts
• Process payments for work performed
• Communicate with you about your project by phone, email or text message
• Send occasional updates about our services, which you can opt out of at any time
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• Meet legal, tax, licensing, warranty and record-keeping obligations

Payments

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our website or our own systems. Your payment information is handled under the processor’s own security standards and privacy policy.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, project updates and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

Project photos

We may photograph our work during and after construction for project records and quality control. We only use photos of your home in our portfolio, on our website or on social media with your permission. We never publish your name or street address with those photos.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and complete your project:

• Subcontractors, suppliers, designers and engineers working on your project, limited to what they need to do their part
• Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, our customer management system, email and text messaging, scheduling, accounting and payment processing. They are required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
• Permitting offices, inspectors and utilities, when a project requires it
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, to enforce our contracts, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our team or others
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use it. We may use tools such as Google Analytics, which collect information about your visit and report it to us in aggregate. From time to time we run ads on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These platforms may use cookies and tracking tools, such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage ad preferences at https://adssettings.google.com, https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences and https://optout.networkadvertising.org.

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so our website does not currently respond to them.

How we protect your information

Our website uses SSL encryption, and we limit access to your information to team members and service providers who need it. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law.

How long we keep information

We keep project records, contracts and payment records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, licensing and legal purposes. We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Texts: reply STOP.
• Access, correction or deletion: contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records that the law or an active contract requires.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our website may link to other sites, such as reviews, suppliers or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
