Timelines depend on the scope and level of finish. A typical bathroom remodel may take one to three weeks. A kitchen remodel often runs three to six weeks. A major addition or whole-home renovation can range from two to four months. During your consultation, we’ll share a realistic schedule based on your specific project.
We start with an on-site visit to understand your goals, walk the space, and discuss design ideas and budget. From there we prepare a detailed, written estimate that breaks down the work and cost. There’s no charge for this estimate and no obligation to move forward.
In most cases, no. We plan work in phases and communicate clearly so you know when certain areas will be affected. For larger renovations, there may be days when parts of the home are not accessible, but we’ll review that schedule with you in advance so you can plan around it.
Yes. Any project that requires a permit, especially structural, electrical, or major plumbing work, is handled by our team. We pull the permits, coordinate with the city, and schedule inspections so your home stays compliant and future resale is protected.
Wise Construction holds contractor license ROC 367413 and carries full general liability insurance on every project. We’re happy to provide documentation and answer any questions about coverage before work begins.
