Is Your Scottsdale Kitchen Ready for a Luxury Remodel?
A kitchen remodel is one of the largest investments you’ll make in your home and lifestyle. Many Scottsdale-area homeowners spend months collecting ideas and images before they ever call a builder. By the time you’re ready to move forward, you’ve done the research and you know the look and feel you want.
What’s harder to plan for is everything that can go sideways between the first estimate and the finished space, especially on a high-end project:
- Scopes that start vague and grow more expensive as selections and changes stack up
- Timelines that stretch because trades weren’t sequenced or managed properly from the start
- Materials chosen without design guidance that don’t wear well or match the rest of your home
- A finished kitchen that feels close to your vision, but not quite the modern, polished space you imagined
Why Wise Construction
Kitchen Remodels in Scottsdale From a Design-Build Team You Can Trust
Many kitchen remodels go over budget or over schedule because the contractor didn’t plan for what happens when you open up the walls or start moving plumbing and electrical. Outdated wiring, framing that needs reinforcing, or layout changes can all shift the scope mid-project.
Wise Construction handles luxury kitchen remodels in Scottsdale from initial design through final inspection. We guide you through layout, finishes, and materials, plan for the unknowns upfront, and keep you informed with clear pricing and timelines when changes are needed.
We walk through your kitchen, talk through how you cook and entertain, and put together a scope that accounts for the visible work and the likely conditions behind the walls. No vague line items or confusing allowances.
Kitchens are the center of a home. We break the project into clear phases so you know when you’ll have access to water, when appliances will be reconnected, and when you can fully use your kitchen again.
We’ll share what cabinetry holds up, which countertops resist stains and scratches, and where a less expensive option performs just as well. If you’re paying more purely for appearance, we’ll let you know so you can decide.
Dust from demo and tile work travels fast. We seal off the kitchen from the rest of the house, protect nearby finishes, and clean up before we leave each day so your home still feels livable during the remodel.
From concept to completion, craftsmanship you can see
Who We Are
Wise Construction is a locally owned luxury construction and remodeling firm serving Scottsdale and the Greater Phoenix Valley. Kitchen remodels are where design, function, and daily life meet, and they are projects where our transparent communication and meticulous detail make the biggest difference.
We routinely work through outdated layouts, electrical that needs upgrading, structural changes for open-concept spaces, and plumbing that must be brought up to current code. Our experience with whole-home and high-end remodels means we know what to expect when we open up walls, and we plan for it in advance.
Every kitchen project we take on is managed by the same core team from the first walkthrough to the final inspection. We’re not a large franchise passing your job between anonymous crews. We’re a local business, and our reputation in Scottsdale and across the Phoenix Valley matters to us personally.
Wise Construction is licensed, insured, and bonded on every job we take. We pull the permits, coordinate inspections, and handle code compliance so you can enjoy your new kitchen with confidence now and when you decide to sell.

Frequently Asked Questions About Kitchen Remodeling in Scottsdale, Arizona
Most kitchen remodels take between three and eight weeks, depending on the scope and level of customization. A cabinet refacing or countertop swap is on the shorter end. A full gut remodel with layout changes, new plumbing, and new electrical takes longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the consultation, not an optimistic one.
Usually not, but your kitchen will be out of commission for part of the project. As a design-build team, we plan the work in phases to minimize that window and let you know in advance when you’ll need alternate arrangements for cooking and cleanup.
It depends heavily on the scope and finishes you choose. A minor refresh with new countertops, hardware, and paint can run a few thousand dollars. A full luxury remodel with custom cabinets, high-end appliances, and layout changes is a significantly larger investment. We provide a detailed, line-item estimate before any work begins so you know exactly what you’re committing to.
Those types of situations come up often. We handle change requests in writing so there’s no confusion about what was added, what it costs, and how it affects the schedule. Nothing changes without your review and sign-off.
It depends on the scope. For most remodels, we handle both: we’ll work through the layout, finishes, and material selections with you before any work begins as part of our design-build process. If you already have a designer or architect involved, we’re comfortable collaborating with them. Either way, you won’t need to coordinate between separate teams to get the project done.
